In order to be placed on our PR List (Priority/Reservation List), all prospective homeowners must be pre-qualified with our preferred lender. If you are interested in purchasing a residence from GFR Homes, please either print and complete the Buyer Information Form / Credit Authorization.

Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your PR package. We recommend that you contact the Sales Office at (951) 924-3999 the following business week to confirm receipt of your complete PR package.

Please be advised that you will be required to complete a Residential Mortgage Loan Application and provide all the necessary loan supporting documents (this list will be provided to you in your loan package).

The Sales Manager, prior to signing the Purchase Agreement, will require the completed loan package with the supporting documentation.
