Incomplete forms may delay the processing of your PR package. We recommend that you contact the Paraiso Estates II Sales Office at (909) 880-2660 the following business week to confirm receipt of your complete PR package.

Please be advised that you will be required to complete a Residential Mortgage Loan Application and provide all the necessary loan supporting documents (this list will be provided to you in your loan package).

The Sales Manager, prior to signing the Purchase Agreement, will require the completed loan package with the supporting documentation.
